What do we mean by DNA, you ask? Well, in this case, we mean the three pillars we anchor our Care Guide team’s culture around:
- Heart: We care deeply about every individual member and what’s going on in their life, and we care deeply about each other—because healthcare is a team sport.
- Empathy: We don’t just listen—we actually hear. (Yes, these are two different things.) All of our Care Guides are trained in empathetic listening and motivational interviewing, meaning they know how to ask the extra question and can ultimately unearth the member’s underlying challenges and needs.
- Grit: We will do everything in our power to meet a member’s true needs and solve any problems they may be facing. We like the word yes—we don’t like the word no.
On top of that, our Care Guides are equipped with a comprehensive view of member health history, benefits offerings, program promotions, and preferred provider networks, enabling them to make data-driven, high-value recommendations.
